3. Please check whether the fan on the rear panel of the control box works; if not, check whether the fuse tube (2a) on the rear panel is fused and replace it; if it works, open the control box and check whether the fuse tube (6a) on the control panel is fused and replaced after power failure;

4. Open the control box after replacing the fuse. If the fuse is still broken, please check whether the driver in the control box is damaged. If damage is found, it can be removed, replace the fuse on the control board, open the control box, observe whether the fuse is fused, if not, replace the driver.

(2) When entering the system, the motor does not act

After confirming that the power indicator of the control box is on and the motor does not act when entering the system, the following aspects can be inspected:

1. Confirm that the 19 core cable between the control box and the marking head is connected correctly, there is no damage or extrusion in the middle, and the aviation plug has been tightened;

2. Make sure that the 25 pin data cable between the computer and the control is correctly connected and tightened;

4. Open the marking head shell and check whether the motor wire is firmly connected and broken, and there is no damage or extrusion in the middle;

5. Check whether the gear shaft is stuck, resulting in motor failure

6. Open the control box and observe whether the power indicator on the motor driver is on, and which driver is not on, that is, which driver is damaged. The fault can be eliminated after replacement.

(3) When entering the system, the motor acts but vibrates

This phenomenon is caused by the lack of phase of the motor. Please check whether the 19 pin cable is connected well and whether the plug is tightened. Please check whether the winding of the motor in the shaking direction is blocked. Further check whether the phase loss occurs in the marker head or in the 19 core cable. Replace the motor or 19 core cable.

When entering the system, the motor moves towards the origin direction, and it still keeps moving to the origin after pressing to the origin switch, and makes a "click" sound This phenomenon sometimes shows another phenomenon. When entering the system, the motor first looks for the origin in one direction. After finding the origin in another direction, the motor will continue to move towards the origin direction after pressing to the origin switch, and will emit a "click" sound. At this time, the origin switch in the corresponding direction should be checked for the following possible reasons:

Although the motor moves to the position of the origin switch, it does not press it to the origin switch. The method of confirmation is to turn off the power supply of the control box, push the marking needle far away from the origin switch, turn on the power switch, and re-enter the system. When the marking head moves towards the wrong origin direction, press the original by hand The solution is to adjust the position of the origin switch or the pressure spring of the origin switch, so that when the marker head reaches the origin, the origin switch can be pressed up;

The origin switch is damaged. The inspection method is as follows:

1. When pressing the origin switch by hand, the marker head still moves towards the origin. At this time, please use a multimeter to measure whether the origin switch is damaged. If it is damaged, replace the origin switch

2. If the origin switch is in good condition, please check the corresponding circuit of the origin switch for open circuit. Please refer to "aviation plug and print head wiring table" for measurement. If possible, replace interface board, control board, 19 core print cable and 25 pin data cable

(4) When entering the system, the motor acts, but the printing needle does not move

There are two reasons for this phenomenon

1. If the toothed belt is broken or the pressure plate of the toothed belt is loose, replace the toothed belt or fasten the screw of the pressing plate

2. If the pulley on the motor shaft falls off, replace the motor or glue the pulley firmly
