(1) The microcomputer cannot be connected to the power supply

1. Check the local power grid for power failure

2. Check whether the power socket or UPS power switch is on

3. Check whether the microcomputer power is plugged into the power socket

If the above problems do not exist, please check whether the power fan at the back of the microcomputer rotates. If it does, check whether the power supply of the monitor is turned on. If the fan does not rotate, the power supply of the microcomputer may be damaged. At this time, you can replace the power supply of the microcomputer or contact the maintenance personnel of the company.

(2) The microcomputer can not start normally

First of all, observe the phenomenon and sound when the computer starts up. If there is a sound of "Di --", "Di --" or "Di Di", it is generally a fault of the memory module or display card. You can replace the memory module or display card When starting, observe that the indicator light of the hard disk is the oscillograph flashing. If it does not flash, it may be that there is a problem with the computer setting. If it flickers, it may be that the software or hard disk is faulty.

Reset the computer's CMOS

Open the computer shell, remove the interface board and restart the computer. If it can be started, it is the interface board fault. Replace the interface board or contact the company. If it still cannot be started, please contact our maintenance personnel.

(3) The monitor can not display normally

1. First, check whether the monitor power supply is connected properly or whether the monitor power switch is on

2. Check the color or status of the display power indicator

1) If the color is normal, please check whether the signal of the monitor is connected properly.

2) If the color is pale white, please check whether the hard disk is connected well, whether the memory module is inserted properly, and whether the interface board is plugged in properly, and plug in and out again

3) If the display screen is black, the battery on the motherboard can be discharged

3. Replace the monitor

(4) The floppy drive does not work properly

1. Please check if the floppy disk drive in CMOS is set correctly

2. If the floppy disk is damaged or not formatted, please replace it or reformat it

3. Please check whether the indicator light of the floppy disk drive is on. If not, check whether the power cord of the floppy drive is connected and whether the signal line of the floppy drive is connected properly

(5) Hard disk does not start normally

1. Please check if there is a floppy disk in the floppy drive. Please remove it

2. Please observe whether the hard disk indicator light is on. If not, please check whether the hard disk power cord and data cable are connected properly

3. Please check the boot in the CMOS settings

(6) Keyboard keys don't work

1. Please check whether the keyboard is connected to the keyboard port

2. If it is an industrial computer, please check whether the keyboard lock is pressed

3. Replace the keyboard
